Heavy rains lash Andhra Pradesh as cyclone Phethai set to make landfall

An official of the cyclone warning centre in Visakhapatnam said the cyclonic storm Phethai had weakened slightly. Schools have been shut for two days, trains cancelled and flights diverted.
