On January 12, Justices J Chelameswar, Ranjan Gogoi, Madan Lokur and Kurian Joseph, in a first of its kind press meet had alleged faulty “assignment of cases” and “sensitive cases being allotted to junior judges” by then CJI Dipak Misra.
