Narendra Modi said the Congress is rewarding those said to be involved in the 1984 anti-Sikh riots with CM’s post. Referring to Sajjan Kumar, who was convicted and sentenced to life imprisonment, he played on his name and said the country wants Congress leaders punished for the riots.
